Good to know

You make arrangements directly with your support worker regarding the support, the times at which it takes place, and the fee. You pay the fee directly to your support worker. Gea Thuis assists you in finding and organizing suitable support and remains available for advice and support throughout the collaboration.

Hourly wage support worker

The stated hourly rate is a market-rate guideline. You agree on the final hourly rate directly with your support worker. Gea Thuis assists in finding and organizing suitable support and does not act as the employer of the support worker.

Domestic Services Scheme

Gea Thuis staat naast u. Wij helpen u bij het vinden van een passende ondersteuner, begeleiden de kennismaking en blijven beschikbaar voor advies en ondersteuning.

We ensure that you have the right information, practical documents, and handy tools to easily organize the support. This way, you don't have to figure out how everything works yourself.

You make arrangements with your support worker yourself and pay the fee directly to the support worker. Gea Thuis is not an employer, but a committed advisor and supporter in the background.

Good to know

Under the Domestic Services Scheme, a support worker is generally permitted to work for the same private individual for a maximum of three days per week. Do you require support on more than three days per week? Then we would be happy to assist you in finding two or three regular support workers who together provide the desired continuity. This ensures everything remains within the scheme, and you can count on familiar faces that align with your wishes and situation.

You remain in control, make your own arrangements, and pay your support provider directly. Gea Thuis helps you find the right support provider and ensures you have the information, documents, and support to arrange everything simply and clearly.
